After both the Lane County and Oregon State fairs had no cheese curds, I went on a quest to find said curds, otherwise know as "deep fried gold." Luckily for me, Oklahoma is close enough to dairy country and in Tulsa I found them.

That's right, the Tulsa State Fair supplied me with my cheese curd fix. They were tasty. Soon after eating them I could feel my arteries clogging and felt quite sick... But it was worth it.
