The Legend Ends
Tonight was the final night for the magical Stardust Hotel and Casino. An icon of Strip for 48 years will close its doors forever today. It will be destroyed to make way for the newest fad in Vegas..."the High-rise condos"....blah!
So tonight we said our goodbyes to the Stardust. Goodbye cheap drinks. Goodbye in-famous neon sign. We thank you for the countless years of movie driving scenes. Thanks for "Swingers". You're so money , baby. Las Vegas will not be the same without the Stardust.
